JHP SACCO has unveiled a new mortgage product exclusively for members purchasing JHP Housing properties. The program offers competitive interest rates, flexible repayment terms, and streamlined application processes designed to make homeownership more accessible.

The new financing product reduces the deposit requirement to just 10% for qualifying members, with interest rates starting from 10.5% per annum — significantly lower than conventional bank mortgage rates currently available in the market.

Members can access up to 90% financing for any JHP Housing development, with repayment tenures of up to 15 years. The application process has been simplified with dedicated relationship managers to guide members through each step.

We understand that financing is often the biggest barrier to homeownership. This product is designed to break down that barrier and make it easier for our members to invest in quality housing.

To qualify, members must have been active contributors to the SACCO for at least six months and demonstrate a consistent savings record. The product is available immediately for all current and upcoming JHP Housing developments.
